1. How do I place an order?

  1. Enter your address and click on the green box with the arrow to the right or you can log into your account or you can log in with Facebook or Google.
  2. Choose “ASAP” timing or you can order in advance
  3. Browse restaurants (sorted by delivery fee) or you can sort by a variety of other options or enter a cuisine type to narrow the choices
  4. Select the Restaurant you’d like to enjoy and build your order
  5. Continue to checkout and select a payment method (Cash or Credit)
  6. Relax and enjoy once the food arrives!


2. What are your hours of operation?

Sunday - Thursday: 10:30AM- 10:00PM
Friday and Saturday: 10:30AM - 10:30PM


3. Can I order from multiple restaurants for one delivery?

Yes, but you will need to meet the minimum order requirements for each restaurant and a delivery fee is charged for each additional restaurant. Also, it will generally take 15-30 minutes longer than the time quoted online to coordinate the deliveries from 2 different restaurants.


4. I have a large catering order, how much notice do you need?

For office meetings and special events, we suggest that you order 24-72 hours in advance. We can do same day catering orders but for orders of more than 10 entrees or time-specific orders, ordering at least 1 1/2 hours in advance will minimize delays.


5. I have comments/questions about my order. Should I call the restaurant?

No, unless it’s a very specific question about how the food is prepared or about the special of the day, please direct all questions or comments to Foodie Call.


6. What does “Foodie” mean?

A Foodie is someone who is keenly interested in food. A Foodie appreciates well-prepared meals and diversity in what he or she eats.


7. When I select my ZIP Code/Area, my minimum order is much higher than $10, my delivery fee is higher than $5, and the estimated delivery time is really long. Why is that?

This means that you are located more than 5 miles from the restaurant. Foodie Call doesn't want to limit you restaurant options, so we offer delivery from restaurants as far as 20 miles away, in some cases. However, as the further the restaurant, the higher the delivery fees and minimum order and the longer the wait time will be.


8. I don’t live in your service area. Can I still order from you?

We are continuously expanding our service area. Depending on the order amount, exact location, and how much notice we are given, we may be able to serve you. Any deliveries outside of the service area will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


9. Is it necessary to tip the driver?

Our drivers pride themselves in the service that they provide. The gratuity is not included in the delivery fee. Drivers use their own vehicles, gas, and cell phones. Like a waiter or waitress, they live on the tips they receive from customers. Unlike a waiter or waitress, they are generally only working on one customer’s order at a time so they can usually only complete 1-2 deliveries an hour. If a customer doesn’t tip on an order, the driver may actually lose money on the order when taking into consideration the cost of gas. Most people tip between 15-25% on larger orders and $4-$5 on small orders.
